A little about Rain Creek Ranch

The Anderson family had leased Rain Creek Ranch for nearly 10 years prior to doing a 1031 Exchange with a Colorado County Ranch. Owned Since 2009.

The ranch got its name from being the headwaters to Calf Creek which is only a creek when it rains!

Since obtaining ownership, the family has worked to decrease the Prickly Pear Cactus and reduce the mesquite presence around oak trees. This also allows them to manage food plots each  in each major pasture. It is truly rare to be green the first of September

Rain Creek Ranch has 3 main objective with the ranch.

1. Share our family ranch with your family making sure the entire family feels invited and teaching children to hunt
2. Provide the best environment possible for the wildlife both low fence and exotic
3. Be the best caretakers of the land as possible
